We work closely with our watchsmith to repair all makes and models of automatic, solar, and kinetic watch models, ensuring that heirloom and collectors edition watches receive certified care and maintenance. 

Please note that repairs and maintenance by our watchsmith will require extra time and cannot be completed on site. Work starts at $150+ for diagnostics, minor conditioning, and inspection. An estimate of additional work will be provided if exceeding this amount.

So you just got engaged, congratulations! We recommend you bring your engagement ring (or diamond wedding band, anniversary ring) in every few weeks for the first 6 to 12 months to ensure your settings are secure. This will allow us to check for any manufacturer defects, or your personal wear patterns that may be an issue for your beloved jewelry down the road.

We offer rhodium plating (re-rhodium dip) of your white gold rings, re-tip of your claws (on stamped metals) through our goldsmith. Always with a free no commitment estimate.

Have you lost or chipped a stone in your diamond engagement ring? A diamond or gemstone in your anniversary band, earrings, or favourite necklace? We have a solution for you!

Working with our repair department and goldsmith we can custom match a missing gemstone in a multi-stone setting, upgrade your diamond, change your stone if you no longer like the colour, or replace a chipped diamond or damaged stone.

We offer an independent, certified, third-party analysis of your fine jewelry piece. This appraisal can be used for insurance purposes, estate planning, your general peace of mind, or just for your personal interest to know the details of your favourite ring, pendant or earrings. 

All appraisals come with a stamp and signature from a certified gemologist.

We offer free in-store cleaning for the lifetime of your diamond engagement, wedding, and anniversary rings. Diamond earrings and necklaces can also be cleaned and inspected on site while you wait.

Limitations apply to other jewelry pieces and gemstones, but we are always happy to have our in-store experts inspect your items and provide recommendations and cleaning solutions.
